Malik-ul-Mulk (مالك الملك) translates to “The Owner of Sovereignty” or “The King of Kings.” This name signifies that Allah possesses complete ownership and authority over all dominion. All kingdoms, power, and control ultimately belong to Him alone.

Derived from the Arabic root mim lam kaf (م ل ك), this root includes meanings such as:

Allah’s Role as Malik-ul-Mulk
