Name and Meaning

An-Nafi (النافع) translates to “The Giver of Benefit.” This name signifies that Allah is the One who grants benefit, goodness, and advantage. All forms of benefit, whether physical, emotional, or spiritual, ultimately come from Him.

وَاِنۡ یَّمۡسَسۡکَ اللّٰہُ بِضُرٍّ فَلَا کَاشِفَ لَہٗۤ اِلَّا ہُوَ ۚ وَاِنۡ یُّرِدۡکَ بِخَیۡرٍ فَلَا رَآدَّ لِفَضۡلِہٖ
“And if Allah should touch you with harm, there is no remover of it except Him; and if He intends for you good, there is no repeller of His bounty.”
