Al-Mutaali (المتعالي) translates to “The Most Exalted” or “The Supremely High.” This name signifies that Allah is far above all creation in His essence, attributes, and authority. He is exalted beyond limitations, imperfections, and comparisons.
Root and Linguistic Significance
Derived from the Arabic root ayn lam waw (ع ل و), this root includes meanings such as:
