The Quran Says About Corruption
This verse warns against those who outwardly appear upright but secretly spread corruption and destruction. Their actions harm society, damage livelihoods, and break families, showing that wrongdoing affects both land and people. Islam strongly condemns any behaviour that destabilizes communities or abuses power for selfish gain, for Allah is Al-Adl, the Perfectly Just, who loves fairness and accountability.
He is also Al-Hakim, the All-Wise, who commands justice and balance. As He says, “Indeed, Allah commands justice and excellence” (Quran 16:90), reminding believers that true righteousness protects life, sustains goodness, and builds a society rooted in integrity and responsibility.
